Ahh Saturdays!
Spent the morning shooting Samuel Waits and editing Multilevel Relationship; spent the afternoon cleaning gutters, raking leaves and making grilled pork and orzo. Saute carefully diced onions and wide thin strips of mushrooms then add the orzo, boiled in broth (keep the broth & pour a little into back into the mixture), add chiffonade basil & about 2 tablespoons chev cheese. Simmer for ten minutes and serve.
