Better By A Little

So many little things during the day rendered an overall experience that felt more heartening and hopeful: the flow and chemistry of my classes seemed more natural and less uncontrollable (both!), Jeff spoke in chapel, the Everrett's came to dinner, Lynn's day at home with sick-Jaelyn rendered her zen enough to recognize that she has anxiety these days more than depression, the brats & mac & cheese tasted good, and I got to bed early.

It's a helpful reminder that I feel truly more good on days like this (mundane, ordinary, but leaning toward good) than I do when I experience the RUSH of precariously peak experiences.
