Sabbath

Bookends on the day included a nice two hour conversation with Kirsten G. who was in town, and in the evening Scott & Christina (newly engaged) brought over a bunch of longtime friends to set up the hookah in our garage, around which we had some candlelit, beautiful conversation. Finally a day that had bits of peace, solitude and creative work: I spent a bunch of time working on Multilevel Relationship (for the first time since the Epiphany Project took over my life), and spent part of the afternoon cooking roasted squash and ricotta shells and homemade (with a debt to Jamie Oliver) tomato sauce.
