Recovering from Meltdowns and Messy Desks & Inboxes...

Since Tuesday and Thursday are class-free for me, I over-optimistically anticipated how much of my desk, office and inbox I would be able to clear yesterday; I accomplished very little in the end. Jaelyn declared it game night over supper - so we played many games of Memory and Chess afterward; this was a welcome relief after the major attitudinal meltdowns Jaelyn had in the middle of the night and in the morning, to say nothing of the parenting meltdowns that only spiralled the chaos upward.
