1. the softness of Mattress Matters,
2. the LONG (hour) of waiting before AAA finally determined that the front spring had broken which made it impossible to jack up and change the tire,
3. the slow seeping sound which is the sound of your day slipping away into endless, expensive maintenance for a privilege (driving) which you both take-for-granted & loathe,
4. the luxuriating pace of conversation and developing friendships at the Bodenschatz Holiday Party (even if I didn't wear a suit coat).
In other news, the Epiphany Video Installation stalls once again as we discover that the power cord for Daniel's HD camera (where I shot, but didn't capture the footage) didn't arrive in the overnight mail like his camera did; on the other hand Michele and I worked on (and were pleased by) the evolution of the piece that stands opposite to the video:
