Winter Definitively Arrives

Vertical rain that evolved into snow blew horizontally so furiously that I sat at the bus stop in the minivan to drop off and pick up the kids. While Lynn presented her final paper at Kent, we shopped for Christmas presents, made tacos and read a Michael Jordan biography together; after the kids were in bed, I graded and slipped out to a movie, by then the snow had abated, but the cold pervades.
