Return to the mundane normality of teaching and phone calls and grading and committee work wasn't so bad: mundane normality, when shared by good people (today? Marcia, Lance, Kerrie, Connie, Ashley, Adam, Kris, Erin, Siebert) can refresh the heart. Jaelyn's recovery was harder today, but we shared quiet healing moments as a foursome - mashed potatoes for dinner, cuddling on the couches, finishing Westside Story then (after bedtime) Becoming Jane.
