What Malone calls "Reading Day" transforms into the hands of ovecommitted faculty to "Meeting Day" so amidst the four exit interviews, one photo shoot, one job interview and one senate luncheon of my day, I got a call that Jaelyn was a nonfunctional, crying, sick girl at school (not a terrible surprise after being up with her for four sleepless hours during the night).
