Getting Ready and Going Nowhere

Tho' we had been looking forward to going to Clare's Open House for weeks -- Jaelyn threw up (three times) in the morning and by the time we were ready to leave to go -- it was clear we couldn't drive for an hour and half on back country roads both ways with this sick girl. We spent the morning (before) getting ready for 3 (THREE!) house showings, and then in the afternoon and evening, I cooked (an amazing massaman curry dish), went grocery shopping and made potato salads and pasta salads for the week.
