Redding Up Round Here

A mostly unremarkable day of catching up at the office and redding the house up for a showing. I had never heard the word "redding up" before I met my mid-east-ohio-native-partner-Lynn, and at first timbre, I'll admit that it sounded a bit hick and grating; but now I can't imagine doing without it in my vernacular -- Nicole the transplanted Texan, now-Bodenschatz (and how's that for a solidly Eastern-Ohio-German-Moniker?) used it in passing at the pool yesterday, too.
