Bad News framing an otherwise Typical Day

The day started with a call that Helen was in ICU because of heart problems again, they told us not to come, so we tried to have a "normal" day -- teaching was alternately rewarding and a trainwreck -- it was a big relief to end the day (finally!) with a new computer. We watched BACK TO THE FUTURE for Family Movie Night.
