Beware the Enemies

A deepening conviction dug through my day:

...when feeling fearful and threatened, people naturally want to draw borders and boundaries and identify enemies, but we can never control the changes in the world around us, only the responses we make.

On this point, Jesus and Buddha and the Bhagavad Gita agree;
