Grades were due at noon, and when, by two I had finally submitted them, I had utterly used up my human potential allotment for the day. I slept-walked through preparing dinner, doing spelling homework and running an errand, it wasn't til Lynn and I had time for a (first time in weeks) half hour chat on the couch that I finally started to wake up -- just in time to get ready for bed.
